Free Virtual Fertility Support Groups

You don't have to navigate your fertility journey alone.

Tekla facilitates free virtual support groups in partnership with CNY Fertility on the first and third Fridays of each month from 12:00-1:00 PM (ET). These groups provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space to connect with others who truly understand what you are going through. 

First Friday: Anywhere in Your Fertility Journey

Whether you're just beginning to explore your options, trying to conceive, undergoing fertility treatments, taking a break, or have been on this path for years, this group is for you. No matter where you are in your family-building journey, you'll find support, understanding, and a community that "gets it."

Third Friday: Loss Support Group

This group is for anyone who has experienced pregnancy loss in any form, unsuccessful IVF transfers, or the loss of an unviable embryo. Whatever your loss looks like, you are welcome here.

Both groups are free, virtual, and open to anyone looking for support in a caring and confidential environment.
